Corrugated Flute Sizes:
“A” Flute 33±3 Flutes/Linear Foot Approximately 3/16” thick Thickest flute size Good stacking strength and cushion protection
“B” Flute 47±3 Flutes/Linear Foot Approximately 1/8” thick Extremely resistant to crushing Slots and scores easily Good printing surface
“C” Flute 39±3 Flutes/Linear Foot Approximately 11/64” thick Good cushioning, stacking strength, and printing surface Most widely used
“E” Flute 90±3 Flutes/Linear Foot Approximately 1/16” thick Thinnest and most crush resistant Flattest surface
